Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 ounce onion soup mix
- 1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce (I prefer whole berry cranberry sauce)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Method
- Place dry onion soup mix in bottom of crock pot.
- Put roast into crock pot.
- Top roast with cranberry jelly.
- Cover, cook on low for ~8 hours.
- Remove roast to rest.
- Combine flour & butter with a small amount of gravy. Add back to crock pot & whisk until combined.
- Serve roast with gravy while hot.
