- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 -4 garlic clove
- 13 cup extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor and pulse to combine.
- With the food processor running slowly drizzle the oil in untill completely emulsified.
- Add fresh cracked black pepper to taste and enjoy.
- You may also use a hard boiled egg yoke in place of the mayo if you prefer and Anchovy filets in place of the paste.
