Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 -4 garlic clove
  • 13 cup extra virgin olive oil

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor and pulse to combine.
  • With the food processor running slowly drizzle the oil in untill completely emulsified.
  • Add fresh cracked black pepper to taste and enjoy.
  • You may also use a hard boiled egg yoke in place of the mayo if you prefer and Anchovy filets in place of the paste.
