Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. cayenne
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 whole fryer
Method
- Mix all spices and rub thoroughly into chicken inside and out. Stuff fryer with chopped onion.
- Place in plastic bag in refrigerator overnight.
- Roast, uncovered, at 250° for 5 hours.
