Ingredients
- 1 c. unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 3/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- In large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
- Mix well.
- In two batches, beat flour mixture into butter mixture, just until blended.
