Ingredients
- 350 grams Thinly sliced pork loin
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 thumb Ginger
Method
- Slice the pork in half.
- (The photo above is pork shoulder.
- It is tender, and I recommend it for this recipe.)
- Mix all ingredients except the pork.
- (Grate ginger beforehand.)
- Marinate the pork in the sauce.
- Rest for about 15-30 minutes, but adjust to suit with your taste.
- Spread out each meat on the pan and fry.
- Once the meat changes color, turn them over.
- Fry both sides, but don't overcook.
- It's ready to serve.
