Ingredients

  • 350 grams Thinly sliced pork loin
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 thumb Ginger

Method

  • Slice the pork in half.
  • (The photo above is pork shoulder.
  • It is tender, and I recommend it for this recipe.)
  • Mix all ingredients except the pork.
  • (Grate ginger beforehand.)
  • Marinate the pork in the sauce.
  • Rest for about 15-30 minutes, but adjust to suit with your taste.
  • Spread out each meat on the pan and fry.
  • Once the meat changes color, turn them over.
  • Fry both sides, but don't overcook.
  • It's ready to serve.
