Ingredients
- 6 to 8 potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 c. or more water
- 2 to 4 slices cheese
Method
- Slice potatoes thin.
- Put into hot grease in skillet.
- Add onion.
- Cook until brown and tender; drain grease.
- Add cream of mushroom soup.
- Add the water.
- Stir.
- Pat slices of cheese on top of mixture.
- Put lid on skillet and simmer until cheese is melted. Stir the mixture again and simmer until done.
