Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 c medium size noodles (uncooked)
  • 2 c cream style cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 c grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large jar of spaghetti sauce

Method

  • Lightly brown meat in a large skillet on medium high heat (drain).
  • Add noodles.
  • Drop cottage cheese evenly with spoon over noodles.
  • Sprinkle with cheese, spaghetti sauce, parsley flakes and salt.
  • Cover skillet.
  • When steam appears, turn heat to the lowest position.
  • Cook for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese over top, return cover and let stand on warm until cheese melts - about 5 minutes.
  • Serves 8.
