Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 c medium size noodles (uncooked)
- 2 c cream style cottage cheese
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 c grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 large jar of spaghetti sauce
Method
- Lightly brown meat in a large skillet on medium high heat (drain).
- Add noodles.
- Drop cottage cheese evenly with spoon over noodles.
- Sprinkle with cheese, spaghetti sauce, parsley flakes and salt.
- Cover skillet.
- When steam appears, turn heat to the lowest position.
- Cook for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over top, return cover and let stand on warm until cheese melts - about 5 minutes.
- Serves 8.
