Ingredients
- 4 c. sliced apples
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. crushed gingersnaps
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Method
- Melt margarine in skillet.
- Add apples and cook slow until golden brown.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cook slowly for about 2 minutes.
- Pour in individual or regular baked crust.
- Top with whipped topping if desired.
