Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons French's mustard (sweet onion)
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon crushed oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 13 cup olive oil
- 6 cups cut up vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms)
Method
- Combine mustard,vinegar, oregano and garlic in large bowl.
- Gradually add oil, whisking until smooth.
- Add vegetables and toss to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
