Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons French's mustard (sweet onion)
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon crushed oregano leaves
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 13 cup olive oil
  • 6 cups cut up vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms)

Method

  • Combine mustard,vinegar, oregano and garlic in large bowl.
  • Gradually add oil, whisking until smooth.
  • Add vegetables and toss to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.
