Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
- 1 c. melted shortening
- 3 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 5 c. flour
- 5 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix all and pour into muffin pans.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Batter may be kept covered in fridge for up to 6 weeks.
