- 10 oz. pkg. frozen asparagus pieces
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen cauliflower
- 1 c. cream of celery soup
- 1 c. shredded American cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Method
- Cook frozen vegetables according to package directions. Drain.
- Combine soup, cheese, milk, mustard and Worcestershire in large saucepan.
- Heat slowly, stirring constantly until cheese is melted.
- Add vegetables.
- Mix well.
- Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Mix bread crumbs and butter.
- Sprinkle around edges of casserole.
- Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
- Makes 6 servings.
