Ingredients

  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen asparagus pieces
  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen cauliflower
  • 1 c. cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. shredded American cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Method

  • Cook frozen vegetables according to package directions. Drain.
  • Combine soup, cheese, milk, mustard and Worcestershire in large saucepan.
  • Heat slowly, stirring constantly until cheese is melted.
  • Add vegetables.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  • Mix bread crumbs and butter.
  • Sprinkle around edges of casserole.
  • Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
  • Makes 6 servings.
