Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb round steak
- 1 1/2 tablespoons oil
- 2 large onions
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 3 cups hot cooked rice
Method
- Cut steak into strips.
- Brown in oil.
- Add onions.
- Saute until tender crisp.
- Add remaining ingredients; reduce heat to simmer for about 1 hour.
- Serve over a bed of fluffy rice.
