Ingredients
- 6 to 8 lean chops
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Coat chops with mixture of flour, salt, mustard and garlic salt.
- Brown on both sides in hot oil in skillet. Put chops in crock-pot. Add chicken soup.
- Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or high 3 to 4 hours.
