Ingredients
- 1 cup Quinoa Flour I use Bob Redmills
- 1/4 cup flax meal organic
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- water to proper consistency
Method
- Mix together flour, flax meal and baking soda
- Add pure water to a consistency thick enough to drip but not too thin.
- Preheat pan on medium high add a tablespoon of refined coconut oil
- Pour batter into pan with fun size portions.
- Flip when bubbles form and pop and underside is golden brown.
- When both sides are golden brown serve and enjoy!
