Ingredients
- 3/4 c. dark brown sugar
- 8 oz. Neufchatel or fat-free cream cheese
- 1/4 c. salted, skinned peanuts, chopped
Method
- Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
- Beat cheese and brown sugar until completely mixed and smooth.
- Chill at least 2 hours. Quarter apples, then slice each quarter into thirds.
- When ready to serve, spread cheese mix in shallow bowl, then sprinkle chopped peanuts on top of cheese mixture.
