- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- dash of garlic
- Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 16 oz. frozen broccoli, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 2 (9-inch) pie shells
Method
- Cook pie shells according to directions. Cook broccoli.
- Brown meat.
- In pot, combine meat, broccoli, soup, cheese, dash of garlic, salt and pepper.
- Pour into 2 cool pie shells.
- Top with cheese and put in oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
