Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. pan dressed or 1/3 lb. fish fillets per person
- 1/4 c. melted butter or oil
- salt for sprinkling
- lemon pepper seasoning
- paprika
Method
- Wash and dry fish.
- Place fish in single layer in foil lined shallow baking pan.
- Brush with butter and seasonings.
- Broil 4 inches from heat source for 5 to 8 minutes per side until fish is browned and flakes when tested with fork.
