Ingredients
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
- 2 (10 1/2 oz. each) cans chicken broth
- 4 chicken breasts
- 3/4 lb. (12 oz.) whole, fresh mushrooms
- 8 oz. (1/2 lb.) sliced Swiss cheese
- water as needed
Method
- Utensils needed are a Dutch oven, knife, mixing spoons, can opener and mixing bowl.
