Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 4 sprigs parsley, chopped
  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1 pkg. noodles, your choice

Method

  • Melt butter in medium skillet over low heat.
  • Add onion, garlic and parsley.
  • Saute 10 minutes until golden.
  • Add shrimp and stir, just until pink.
  • Remove shrimp and place in ovenproof dish.
  • Cover lightly and keep warm.
  • Add wine and lemon juice to skillet; add more butter if desired.
  • Simmer 3 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour over shrimp and place atop noodles.
