Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 sprigs parsley, chopped
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 pkg. noodles, your choice
Method
- Melt butter in medium skillet over low heat.
- Add onion, garlic and parsley.
- Saute 10 minutes until golden.
- Add shrimp and stir, just until pink.
- Remove shrimp and place in ovenproof dish.
- Cover lightly and keep warm.
- Add wine and lemon juice to skillet; add more butter if desired.
- Simmer 3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour over shrimp and place atop noodles.
