Ingredients

  • 12 ounces, weight Fresh Store Bought Linguini
  • 4 ounces, fluid Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 2 dashes Red Pepper Flakes
  • 5 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 pound Uncooked Medium Shrimp
  • 1/2 bunches Italian Parsley

Method

  • Cook linguini for about 3-4 minutes until al-dente.
  • Drain and keep warm.
  • Heat 1/4 cup olive oil over medium heat in skillet until hot.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for about a minute, careful to not let it burn.
  • Add pepper flakes and butter and cook for about 3 minutes.
  • Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minute until pink.
  • Add pasta to bowl, toss with shrimp, sauce and parsley.
