Ingredients
- 12 ounces, weight Fresh Store Bought Linguini
- 4 ounces, fluid Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Minced Garlic
- 2 dashes Red Pepper Flakes
- 5 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 pound Uncooked Medium Shrimp
- 1/2 bunches Italian Parsley
Method
- Cook linguini for about 3-4 minutes until al-dente.
- Drain and keep warm.
- Heat 1/4 cup olive oil over medium heat in skillet until hot.
- Add minced garlic and cook for about a minute, careful to not let it burn.
- Add pepper flakes and butter and cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minute until pink.
- Add pasta to bowl, toss with shrimp, sauce and parsley.
