Ingredients
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 6 chicken breast halves, skinned
- 1/3 c. Italian reduced-calorie salad dressing
Method
- Combine bread crumbs, cheese, garlic salt and pepper; set aside.
- Dip chicken in salad dressing, then dip in bread crumb mixture.
