Ingredients
- 1 ounce, fluid Vanilla Sponge Cake
- 1/2 ounces, fluid Vodka
- 1/4 cups Kahlua Pudding (See Note)
- 1/4 cups Whipped Cream
- Chocolate, For Garnish
Method
- Cut cake into small cubes and place at the bottom of a martini glass. Soak cake in vodka for 2 minutes.
- Add a layer of Kahlua pudding. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle chocolate on top and serve!
- Note: For Kahlua pudding, prepare a package of instant vanilla pudding but replace 1/4 cup of the milk with Kahlua.
