Ingredients
- 2 lb fetuccini or tortellini
- 1 lb raw large shrimp peeled
- 1 lb sea scallops
- 10 oz fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped basil
- 4 tbs olive oil
- 2/3 cup dry white wine
- 2 can garlic alfredo sauce
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
Method
- In saucepan cook shrimp, scallops, mushrooms and basil in oil for 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
- Add wine cook until most of the wine has evaporated, about 1 minute.
- Add pasta sauce, heat through, season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve mixture over hot pasta.
