Ingredients

  • 2 lb fetuccini or tortellini
  • 1 lb raw large shrimp peeled
  • 1 lb sea scallops
  • 10 oz fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped basil
  • 4 tbs olive oil
  • 2/3 cup dry white wine
  • 2 can garlic alfredo sauce
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper

Method

  • In saucepan cook shrimp, scallops, mushrooms and basil in oil for 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
  • Add wine cook until most of the wine has evaporated, about 1 minute.
  • Add pasta sauce, heat through, season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Serve mixture over hot pasta.
