Ingredients
- cube steaks
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 soup can water
- chopped onions and green peppers
Method
- Flour cube steaks well; brown in oil.
- Remove from pan.
- Using drippings, add soup, water, onions and peppers.
- Bring to a boil. Put steaks in casserole dish.
- Pour soup mixture over steaks. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
