Ingredients
- 1 can onion soup
- 8 oz. Swiss cheese
- 1 can chopped onions
- 8 oz. shrimp, cooked
- 3 eggs
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
- season to taste
Method
- In a large bowl mix eggs, soup, cheese, cooked onions and shrimp.
- Mix well.
- Pour in unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 350° for about 50 minutes.
- Test for doneness, when center springs back at touch of your finger.
