Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 sq. Baker's chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. Cool Whip
Method
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Stir in cooled, melted Baker's chocolate.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating at high speed for 5 minutes after each addition.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Pour into a baked 9-inch pie shell.
- Chill until firm (about 2 hours) or freeze.
