Ingredients
- 1 baked 9-inch pie shell
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 level Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 pkg. strawberry jello
- 4 c. fresh strawberries
Method
- Cook water, sugar and cornstarch until clear.
- Add jello; cool slightly.
- Add fresh strawberries.
- When mixture is cool, put in pie shell and chill.
- Serve with whipped cream.
