Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- hot cooked fettuccine (for 4)
- 1 (11 oz.) can zesty tomato soup
Method
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour in shrimp, green pepper, garlic and red pepper.
- Cook until shrimp turns pink.
- Stir in soup, water and vinegar.
- Heat thoroughly.
- Serve over fettuccine.
