Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. chicken bouillon or 1 can broth
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- 1 cut up chicken
Method
- Brown rice.
- Mix broth, soup and dry soup and add rice.
- Place in 13 x 9-inch pan (glass).
- Place chicken pieces on top.
- Bake at least 1 hour at 375°.
