Ingredients
- 1 med. onion
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1 (6 ounce.) can sm. shrimp
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. Golden brown sherry (to taste)
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- Warm cooked rice
Method
- Saute/fry onion in butter, add in soup, shrimp and sherry.
- When simmering add in some of the sauce mix to the lowfat sour cream and blend, add in to sauce carefully so the lowfat sour cream does not curdle.
- Heat.
- Don't boil!
- Serve immediately over rice.
