Ingredients
- 1/2 can tomato soup
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
- 1 c. chopped shrimp, precooked
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Melt tomato soup and cream cheese over medium heat in a saucepan.
- Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup boiling water; add to soup mixture.
- Add onion and shrimp; blend well.
- Add mayonnaise; blend well.
- Pour into mold.
- Refrigerate until set.
