Ingredients
- 3 eggs or 3/4 c. egg mix equals 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can evaporated milk (13 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust
- a sprinkle of nutmeg (optional)
Method
- In a large bowl, place the egg mix.
- Add water slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Beat well until slightly fluffy.
- Stir cinnamon and nutmeg into the eggs.
- In another bowl, mix together the sugar and flour.
- Stir into eggs.
- Stir in evaporated milk, margarine and vanilla flavoring.
