Ingredients

  • 3 eggs or 3/4 c. egg mix equals 3/4 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 can evaporated milk (13 oz.)
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust
  • a sprinkle of nutmeg (optional)

Method

  • In a large bowl, place the egg mix.
  • Add water slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  • Beat well until slightly fluffy.
  • Stir cinnamon and nutmeg into the eggs.
  • In another bowl, mix together the sugar and flour.
  • Stir into eggs.
  • Stir in evaporated milk, margarine and vanilla flavoring.
