Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2-3 tbsp. minced green peppers
  • 2 teaspoon minced onion
  • 1/2 - 1 bottle seafood cocktail sauce
  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce.) can tiny or possibly med. deveined shrimp

Method

  • Mix lowfat sour cream and cream cheese with mixer.
  • Add in onion and green pepper.
  • Spread mix in flat plate, approximately 10" in diameter.
  • Pour and spread proportionately seafood cocktail sauce.
  • Top with canned shrimp.
  • Best if refrigerated overnight, 3 to 4 hrs okay.
  • Serve with crackers.
  • Serves 12 to 15.
