Ingredients
- 2 boxes "Comet" long grain and wild rice
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 1/4 lb. small uncooked shrimp
Method
- Cook rice as directed on box.
- Layer or mix the soup, cheese and shrimp.
- Add to cooked rice.
- Bake about 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly in center.
