Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
  • 1 box Uncle Ben's long and wild rice, prepared as directed on box
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 large jar pimentos, chopped
  • 1 (No. 2) can green beans
  • 1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Method

  • Combine chicken and cooked rice.
  • Add onion.
  • Add pimentos, water chestnuts and beans.
  • Combine soup and mayonnaise.
  • Mix into other ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Bake at 350° until bubbly and beginning to brown.
  • May be frozen before baking.
  • Defrost in refrigerator if frozen.
