Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 cans shrimp or 1 (8 oz.) bag frozen, chopped fine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
Method
- Mix all ingredients together; will harden when chilled.
- I serve on rye rounds or crackers.
