Ingredients
- 3 lb. chicken wings
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/3 c. corn syrup
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. dry sherry (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Method
- Remove wing tips and reserve for stock.
- In large skillet, heat oil and brown wings on both sides.
- Remove from heat and drain off excess oil.
