- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 can French-style green beans
- 1 can small green peas
- 1 can Shoe Peg corn
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced green pepper
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1/4 c. Crisco oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Method
- Drain all vegetables well.
- Mix onions, celery, green pepper and pimentos.
- Add oil, sugar and vinegar.
- Just add salt and pepper to suit your taste.
- Set in the refrigerator overnight.
