- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 T Chopped Green Pepper
- 2 T Chopped Onion
- 2 T Melted Butter
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 Cups Cooked Wild Rice
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 C Cheddar Cheese, Cubed
- 1/2# uncooked cleaned shrimp
Method
- Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
- Mix all iingredients thoroughly.
- Pour into greaseed 1-1/2 qt. casserole.
- Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
