Ingredients

  • 2 lb. chicken parts
  • 2 Tbsp. shortening
  • 1 can Campbell's tomato soup
  • 1/3 c. onion
  • 1/3 c. celery
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 to 4 drops Tabasco

Method

  • Using approximately 1 pound of pork ribs per person, split into sections.
  • Precook ribs in boiling water for 3/4 hour.
  • Drain thoroughly and place on cookie sheet.
  • Spoon sauce enough to cover and bake in a 350° oven.
  • Add remaining sauce halfway through cooking time.
