- 2 lb. chicken parts
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 can Campbell's tomato soup
- 1/3 c. onion
- 1/3 c. celery
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 2 to 4 drops Tabasco
Method
- Using approximately 1 pound of pork ribs per person, split into sections.
- Precook ribs in boiling water for 3/4 hour.
- Drain thoroughly and place on cookie sheet.
- Spoon sauce enough to cover and bake in a 350° oven.
- Add remaining sauce halfway through cooking time.
