Ingredients
- 2 C diced fresh Mango
- 1 C diced red bell pepper
- 3 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp Minced jalapeno
- 1 Tbsp Fresh lime/lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro
Method
- Combine all listed ingredients in a bowl, stirring gently.
- Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
- Refrigerate any leftovers.
