Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 pkg. taco season mix
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. Bisquick
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Lightly brown meat and onions; stir in taco seasoning.
- Spray a 10-inch pie pan with Pam.
- Pour mixture into pie pan.
- Place green chilies over meat.
- Mix together milk, eggs and Bisquick until very smooth.
- Pour over meat.
- Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
- Put cheese over cooked pie and let stand until melted or place in oven to melt cheese.
- Garnish top with lettuce and tomatoes.
