Ingredients
- 1 pkg. shortbread cookies, crushed
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 2 c. milk
- 1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream
- 5 to 7 Heath candy bars, crushed
- Cool Whip
Method
- Mix cookie crumbs and margarine.
- Press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 325°; cool.
- Mix together vanilla pudding, milk and ice cream.
- Pour over cooled crust.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Layer Cool Whip over ice cream.
- Sprinkle crushed candy over Cool Whip.
