Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. lamb or possibly beef
- Green peppers, cut in 1" squares
- Small tomatoes (cherry, if available)
- Large mushrooms
- Tiny onions
Method
- Cut meat in 2" squares and soak in marinade (recipe below) for several hrs, the longer the better.
- Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers.
- Place skewers 3 to 4 inches apart over charcoal fire.
- Turn frequently.
- Brush occasionally with marinade.
- Cook 15 to 20 min.
