- 1 lb. (450 g) pork breakfast sausage links, casings removed, crumbled
- 1/2 cup each chopped green peppers and yellow onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) Heinz Original Beans in Tomato Sauce
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) chili-style diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 60 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 green onions, sliced
Method
- Brown sausage in large skillet; drain.
- Return sausage to skillet.
- Add peppers, yellow onions and garlic; cook and stir 3 min.
- or until softened.
- Stir in next 4 ingredients; cook on medium-low heat 5 to 10 min.
- or until Velveeta is completely melted and dip is heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon into serving dish.
- Top with sour cream and green onions.
