Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can tomato soup
Method
- In 2-quart casserole, slice potatoes, then onion.
- Break up meat and scatter over the onion.
- Pour beans over all; rinse bean can with a little water and add.
- Spread soup evenly over beans. Cover.
- Bake at 325° for 2 hours.
- Do not freeze, but good reheated.
