Ingredients
- 6 to 8 pork chops
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 bouillon cube
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
Method
- Brown chops on both sides and put into 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Mix celery soup with water and bouillon cube.
- Mix well and pour over chops.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Mix Stove Top stuffing mix as directed on box.
- Take pork chops from oven and put as much stuffing as you want on each pork chop. Cover and return to oven.
- Bake at 350° for 30 more minutes.
- (I took off foil and baked about 10 minutes to dry the stuffing a little.)
