Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 pork chops
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)

Method

  • Brown chops on both sides and put into 9 x 13-inch dish.
  • Mix celery soup with water and bouillon cube.
  • Mix well and pour over chops.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Mix Stove Top stuffing mix as directed on box.
  • Take pork chops from oven and put as much stuffing as you want on each pork chop. Cover and return to oven.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 more minutes.
  • (I took off foil and baked about 10 minutes to dry the stuffing a little.)
