Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 3 to 4 small potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can kidney beans or chili beans
- 1 can tomato soup
- salt
- pepper
- green peppers (optional)
Method
- In a 13 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch pan, put a layer of ground beef (not browned), then a layer of thinly sliced potatoes, followed by a layer of thinly sliced onions.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Top with a can of kidney beans.
- Add another layer of ground beef.
- Top with a can of tomato soup (straight from the can, not weakened) and spread out on ground beef.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 4 hours.
