Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. sugar-free raspberry Jell-O
- 1 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 c. applesauce without sugar
- 1 c. fresh or frozen raspberries (no sugar added)
- Cool Whip
Method
- Dissolve
- Jell-O
- in boiling water.
- Stir in applesauce and raspberries
- (partially thawed).
- Pour into 8-inch square glass dish.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Serve with Cool Whip.
