Ingredients
- 6 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. lowfat sour cream
- 1 tbsp. minced dill
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. minced chives
- 1 tbsp. minced tarragon
Method
- Hard boil Large eggs.
- Cold Large eggs quickly in cool water.
- Cut in half.
- Scoop out yolk and mash.
- Add in herbs and lowfat sour cream, mix well.
- Fill egg halves.
- Garnish with tiny sprigs of chives, parsley or possibly dill.
